These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your participation in events and activities at Ravenshead Airsoft.

By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Our services

 

We provide:

  • Airsoft game days and skirmishes

  • Private events and group bookings

  • Corporate and team‑building events

  • Related services such as equipment hire and merchandise

Details of each event or service (dates, times, prices, age limits, requirements) are shown on the relevant booking or information page.

 

3. Eligibility and conduct

 

To take part in our activities, you must:

  • Meet the minimum age requirements stated for each event

  • Follow all safety rules and instructions from our staff and marshals

  • Wear appropriate safety gear at all times on the field

  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs

We may refuse entry or remove any person who does not follow our rules or behaves in a way that risks safety, without refund.

 

4. Bookings and payments

  • Bookings are made through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Your place is only confirmed once payment is received (unless we state otherwise).

  • Prices are shown in GBP and may change from time to time.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact details when booking.

We may cancel or reschedule an event if there are not enough players, for safety reasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, extreme weather).

 

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Unless stated differently on a specific event page:

  • If you cancel with reasonable notice (for example, at least 7 days before the event), we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.

  • If you cancel with short notice or do not attend, your payment may be non‑refundable.

  • If we cancel or significantly change an event, we will aim to offer a new date, credit, or a refund.

Any special cancellation terms for a particular event will be shown on that event’s page and will apply in addition to these terms.

 

6. Equipment and safety

 

  • You must use eye and face protection that meets our safety standards.

  • Hired equipment must be used responsibly and returned in good condition.

  • You must follow our site rules on FPS limits, engagement distances and safe play.

Airsoft is a physical activity. You take part at your own risk and should consider your own health and fitness before playing.

 

7. Accounts and loyalty offers

 

If you create an account on our site:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

  • You must not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.

We may offer loyalty schemes or promotions (for example, “play 10 games, get the 10th free”). These offers:

  • May have specific rules and time limits

  • Can be changed or withdrawn at any time

 

8. Merchandise and other purchases

 

If you buy merchandise or other products from us:

  • Product descriptions and prices are shown on the relevant page.

You are responsible for your own equipment and personal belongings while on site.
